Mug is microwave and dishwasher safe.
Returns:
No returns/exchanges accepted. This is because each mug is printed one at a time and then mailed directly to the customer. We have no warehouse or inventory storage from which to exchange.
Damage:
If the mug arrives damaged in any way due to post office mishandling, please send a photo of the damage to musicwoman@debseymourmusic.com
We will then send you one-time free replacement, except for shipping, which you pay. Please include your full name and ORDER NUMBER (very important!)
