NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Each bag is custom printed one-at-a-time and mailed directly to the customer. This means that we do not have a warehouse full of tote bags from which to exchange.
If your tote bag arrives damaged to to post office mishandling:
If your bag arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and send it to musicwoman@debseymourmusic.com. We will then send you a
one-time replacement on our dime, except for shipping, which you pay.
